MAK Transport Service Agreement

The quoted delivery price includes up to 10 minutes of waiting time at both pickup and delivery locations.
Any waiting time exceeding the included 10 minutes will be charged at $3.00 per 5-minute interval.
If delivery cannot be completed and goods must be returned to the sender, the customer will be charged the full applicable delivery fee for the return journey.
Items exceeding 30kg that require an additional person to safely load or unload will incur an additional $45.00 labour fee.
A fixed $45.00 late payment administration fee applies to overdue invoices.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, waiting time, restricted access, stairs, incorrect addresses, long carry distances or failed delivery attempts.
Dangerous or hazardous goods must be declared before collection.
Payment is due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Authority to Leave – If nobody is available at the delivery address, I authorise MAK Transport to leave the goods in a safe location. I understand that once the goods have been delivered and photographed, responsibility transfers to me. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the MAK Transport Service Agreement.
